Site work and renovation of a civil project in Springdale, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Johnson & Clear Creek Lift Stations, Storage Improvements project is a necessary infrastructure project dedicated to managing peak flow demands placed upon the sanitary sewer system during large rain events, or times of higher than normal flow rates. The project will consist of the construction of a 1.5-million-gallon flow equalization basin, associated piping, pumps, valves, site storage/monitoring station, and earthwork. Additionally, the project involves upgrades & improvements to the existing Johnson lift station which include piping, pumping equipment, and concrete work. The Johnson & Clear Creek Lift Sation, Storage Improvements project will include site clearing, structure excavation, dewatering, shoring, structural concrete, buried and above grade piping, equipment installation, and light building construction. The project will be delivered in a single phase spread across two locations.
