Saving Project...

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Jackson, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The bid must be submitted in duplicate on the Form of Proposal. Both copies along with the 5% Bid Bond shall be placed in a manila envelope and have the Project and Bid Package number affixed. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract, Section 3, Section 109 and E.O. 11246 and Title VI and other requirements. MBE/WBE/DBE firms are encouraged to bid. The project is to be complete within 180 calendar days from the date of the official Notice to Proceed. Successful bidders are required to furnish a 100% Performance and Payment Bond for this Project. Residential Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply to this project. The General Scope of Work includes finish carpentry, all finish trades, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler and electrical work in order to bring two residential apartment units and the associated common space back into productive use following the Eastern Kentucky flooding of 2022.
