Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) services for the construction of a new bed tower, clinical expansion, and parking garage in support of the Veterans Affairs St. Louis Health Care System John Cochran Hospital. Work includes right-sizing the medical center through demolition of several deficient and underutilized buildings and construction of multiple new modern, seismically compliant healthcare facilities on an expanded site. The project will be executed using the Integrated Design and Construction delivery method and includes a pre-construction services phase. Newly constructed facilities are designed to support future campus expansion and subsequent demolition of additional primary facilities. The contractor shall provide all design, pre-construction, construction, project management, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract requirements. The project is subject to Project Labor Agreement requirements. Award will be made on a best-value tradeoff basis. A proposal guarantee is required, and payment and performance bonds will be required for the full contract amount.
