Attached is the Solicitation for Bids for Solid Waste and Recycling Services at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. If the bids are mailed via regular mail, one copy must be presented in a sealed envelope addressed to the Airport Contract Supervisor at the address , with the words BID FOR SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING SERVICES clearly written across the left hand face of the envelope.
