Site work and addition to an educational facility in Severance, Colorado. Completed plans call for the addition of a 42,239-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Project consists of the construction of an addition to the existing Severance High School. The new construction consists of a two-story building addition including Classrooms, Culinary Spaces, Science Labs, Auxiliary Spaces and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The new addition is approximately 43,963 square feet. Plans call for the following: 42,239 square foot classroom addition and level 2 infill (alternate) 1,433 square feet. Classroom Addition - Estimate $19-20 million. Construction start Jan 2024. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Do not contact the owner or architect. Last day for questions 11-16-2023, 2PM to ddiaz@fciol.com As a requirement of the bid process, all contractor bid submissions must be accompanied by FCI's Trade-Specific Bid Form. Contractors who fail to submit Trade-Specific Bid Form(s) may be disqualified. Late submissions will not be considered. NOTE: FCI Bid Manual and Trade-Specific Bid Forms are forthcoming. A Bid Memo will be issued when this information is available. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 11-22-2023. The bid date has been extended.
