Renovation of a parking garage in Dexter, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Work under this Contract may generally be described to include, but not be limited to the following Procurement and general requirements; demolition, single-wythe unit masonry, metal fabrications, miscellaneous rough carpentry, thermal and moisture protection (EPDM roofing repair, thermal insulation, air barriers, metal wall panels, sheet metal flashing and trim, and joint sealants), exterior painting, plumbing (basic requirements, firestopping, identification, and general-service compressed-air systems), electrical (selective demolition and basic requirements), site restoration, and all other work and related materials as indicated on the Contract Drawings, as specified herein, and as required for the complete and proper execution of the Work. The General Brown Central School District invites the submission of Sealed Bid Proposals to provide materials, equipment and labor to complete the Bus Garage Exterior Envelope Project $100K Capital Outlay Project .
