Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dexter, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
In Accordance With Section 103 of General Municipal Law, State of New York, Jefferson County (Herein Called the County) Invites the Submission of Sealed Bids for: Watertown International Airport Fuel Farm Upgrades - Bid Package 2 The project includes but is not limited the following approximate construction quantities: Removal of existing mounded storage tanks. Installation associated with new aboveground storage tanks including electrical connections, fuel management connections, and tank appurtenances. Please Note That It is the Bidder's Responsibility to Obtain All Bid Documents (Including Addenda) online. Bidders Must Supply All the Information Required by the Proposal Forms. Copies of this bid may be examined at the County Purchasing Department. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. All questions regarding this bid should be submitted in writing (mail, fax, or email) to the Engineer, McFarland Johnson, at aerdmann@mjinc.com and copy the County Purchasing Department, at purchasing@co.jefferson.ny.us. No verbal questions (in person, phone, etc.) will be answered. The M/WBE and SDVOB Goal for this contract is 9% MBE, 13% WBE, and 6% SDVOB.
