The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a VOR Arrangement for the provision of a qualified list of suppliers to provide Electrical Services and related services which will be provided on an "as and when requested" basis. All selected Proponents will be eligible to bid on future NPC projects. The intention of this VOR Arrangement is to reduce the duplication of effort required when the NPC needs to acquire similar services and to reduce the time required to procure these services. The process to select firms for the purposes of establishing the VOR List will commence with the issuance of this RFQ and will terminate when NPC identifies Vendors of Record to establish the VOR List for the Services. Questions Due Date: Nov 7th 2023, 12:00 PM EST Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
