The term of the Contract shall be for a base period of one (1) year which will be determined and awarded by the Owner after reviewing of all proposals. A summary of each Contract s Scope of Work provided by the Awarded Contractor shall be as follows: Request for Proposals (RFP) are for a one-year Contract with a qualified Contractor for full services to haul liquid municipal sludge produced from the Nesquehoning Borough s WWTP. No pre-bid meeting or site visit will be held. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) for (10) percent of the Bid total. the required Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
