The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions for Bidders. All Bidders must comply with the applicable provisions of the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, found in "Tennessee Code Annotated," Section 62-6-119, as amended. In accordance with this act, the following information must appear on the outside of the envelope containing the bid for all projects in excess of $25,000. The name, license number, expiration date, and the classification of the contractor must be included on the outside of the envelope.
