Renovation of a municipal facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Various Hope VI Shower Upgrades The Contractor will be required to furnish and install, through self-performance or the management of Subcontractors, the following elements of work, including but not limited to: installation of a custom sized acrylic one-piece shower pan over the existing shower pan, installation of a custom formed one-piece acrylic shower wall system over the existing shower walls, installation of a custom sized acrylic one-piece shower pan over the existing tub; conversion from tub to shower; conversion of existing tub/shower to an ADA roll-in shower; wall repair for rot/mold in walls/flooring; exposed edges capped with extruded molding, installation of new tempered glass shower doors, stainless steel grab bars, soap dish and tie-in to existing floor drain and caulking. Contractor shall remove all debris from the work site. Deadline to submit questions: Tuesday, October 24, 2023 - 5:00pm Number of Calendar Days to Complete Work: 365 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid range estimated to be between $50,000 and $60,000 per year
