Renovation of a military facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Contractor will upgrade existing RPM systems with ancillary equipment and infrastructure for surveillance cameras to provide the capability for future RO. The contractor will also replace the existing RPM8 cargo systems with CR-Portals. The installation activities at T-18 consists of two project locations: Main Truck Exit Gate and Rail Exit Gate. The installation scope for the RO capabilities at both gates includes installing or replacing Visual Identification System (VIS) cameras, VIS lights, new programmable logic controllers (PLCs), entrance and exit traffic lights, lane closure lights, alarm lights, gate arms, laser sensors in lieu of ground loops, intercoms, and infrastructure for centralized Area Video Surveillance System (CAVSS). The CAVSS cameras and components are installed by others. In addition, a field point gateway server will be installed. Questions and Clarifications shall be submitted in writing to the Contracts Specialist at any time, but no later than November 27, 2023, 4pm PST. Your Notice of Intent to Bid this work is due November 17, 2023, 4pm PST. Anticipated Period of Performance: December 13, 2024 through June 30, 2024
