Scope of Work: (separate pricing required) Scope A: 362-BD-3 Window Curtain Replacement: Replace existing window curtains with new on the windows in the gymnasium. Scope B: 362-100K-1 Window Shade Replacement: Replace existing window shades with new in various rooms throughout the school. Anticipated Award of Contracts: December 2023 Construction Duration: 30 calendar days (Off-Hours/Weekends/No-School Days) Anticipated Notice to Proceed: February 2024 Anticipated Substantial Completion: May 2024 Work for this project cannot occur while school is in session and therefore will have to take place during 2nd shift, weekends, or no-school days. No-School Days: 12/21/23-12/22/23 12/25/25-12/29/23 01/01/24 01/15/24 02/16/24 02/19/24 03/22/24 03/25/24-03/29/24 05/27/24 06/07/24 06/13/24-start of 2024-2025 school year (Work on no-school days must be coordinated in advance with the Building Engineer and Principal) Mandatory Alternate: See Section 00300-Subcontractor Bid Form for Mandatory Alternate Bids.
