Gymnasium Floor Refinishing & Lighting Questions Due: Friday November 10, 2023 at 4:00 PM to: chsbj@mke-team.com Scope of Work: (separate pricing required) Scope A: 066-BD-1 Gymnasium Floor Refinish: Sand and refinish the existing hardwood plank gymnasium floor and apply new gymnasium floor stripes, along with removing the existing floor logo and replacing with new logo, Scope B: 066-BD-2 Gymnasium Light Fixture Replacement: Replace existing gymnasium light fixtures. Anticipated Award of Contracts: TBD Construction Duration: 60 calendar days Anticipated Notice to Proceed: May 2024 Anticipated Substantial Completion: August 2024 Construction for this project cannot occur while school is in session and therefore will have to take place during summer break. The 2023-2024 school year ends on May 21, 2024.
