Site work and paving for a civil project in Medford Lakes, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The proposed work contained in the base bid includes the full-depth reclamation, road resurfacing, drainage improvements, ADA upgrades, installation of a rain garden, and selective driveway replacement on Mohawk Trail - Phase I (Tuckerton Road to Mudjekeewis Trail). The base bid also includes miscellaneous roadway improvements to Oswego Trail and Meeshaway Trail as well as the replacement of five (5) sanitary sewer manhole castings throughout the Borough. Six (3) alternate bids will be accepted for similar work on Chippewa Trail, Natchez Trail, Blackfoot Trail, Iroquois Trail, Chickahominy Trail & Basseler Road. The payment for contract documents is non-refundable. If contract documents are to be mailed, there is an additional $15.00 fee for postage. Proposals must be made on the standard Proposal Form, in the manner designated therein and required by the Specification. The proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the contract description on the outside, and addressed to: Mr. Mark McIntosh, Borough Clerk, Borough of Medford Lakes, 1 Cabin Circle, Medford Lakes, New Jersey 08055. Please submit your Letter of Federal Approval or your New Jersey Certificate of Employee Information Report with this bid. If you do not have either document, you will be required to complete and submit Affirmative Action Employee Information Report (AA302). Form (AA302) is available online Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of the Borough of Medford Lakes for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said security need not be more than $20,000.00. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent form an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance Bond upon the award of the contract. The Borough of Medford Lakes assumes no responsibility for bids returned by mail or delivered after the deadline for submission of bids. The contractor shall be required to provide a copy of its business registration certificate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-23.2 upon award of the contract.
