Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mill Creek, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work to be performed includes but is not limited to: Providing a 2" asphalt mill and overlay or a crack seal and slurry seal on numerous streets throughout the City, as well as a pavement repair and guardrail replacement on Seattle Hill Road. Update ADA facilities as required with fully compliant ramps. Replace and/or adjust to road grade utility structures including manholes and water valve boxes. Utility restoration with full-depth patching. The roadway will be striped and raised pavement markings used to delineate traffic lanes will be replaced. Traffic signal detection loops will be replaced where impacted by paving operations. Engineers Estimate $1,500,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All work performed on the project will be subject to State of Washington prevailing wage rates. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the amount of such bid proposal. Make checks payable to the City of Mill Creek. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such a contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Mill Creek. The City of Mill Creek reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the time set for the bid opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said contract award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) calendar days.
