Renovation of an educational facility in Mill Creek, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Everett School District No. 2, Snohomish County, Washington, is calling for Bids for Heatherwood Middle School Mechanical Upgrades. Everett School District No. 2 reserves the right, as described in the Instructions to Bidders, to postpone the Bid opening, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid process, and to reject any or all Bids. Briefly, the scope of the work includes: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) upgrades at the existing middle school including but not limited to boiler plant replacement, selective replacement of hydronic heating water piping, hydronic coil replacement, condensing unit replacement, terminal unit replacement, and selective HVAC controls replacement. Pre-Bid meeting: The doors to the meeting will be closed ten (10) minutes after the meeting is scheduled to commence, and no contractor arriving after that time will be allowed to sign the attendance sheet. Said deposit will be fully refunded upon the return of complete, unmarked and unmutilated Contract Documents to Bill's Blueprint within ten (10) days after the Bid Opening. General Contractors may obtain three sets of Contract Documents, and Mechanical and Electrical Contractors may obtain one set.
