As of March 7, 2024 this project is awarded to Allied Plumbing & Pumps LLC with an awarded amount of $497,556.22. Estimates $550,000 to $590,000 Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: The improvement of stormwater infrastructure, particularly large diameter stormwater pipes using cured in place pipe lining (CIPP) of 18-inch to 30-inch diameter storm pipes, and spot repair of failed pipe joints using sectional cured in place liner (SCIPL) of 18-, 21-, and 30-inch diameter storm pipe, closed-circuit television (CCTV) of 12-inch diameter storm pipe, site restoration and miscellaneous items as further shown, described, and indicated in the Contract Documents. The work shall be physically complete within 60 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Mill Creek, Washington. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after the time and date stated above. Proposals are to be submitted only on the form provided with the Contract Provisions. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bid bond payable to the City of Mill Creek and in an amount of not less than five percent (%5) of the total amount bid.
