Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mill Creek, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of May 27, 2025, an engineer has not yet been selected. Construction is expected in the second quarter of 2026. The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of design engineering and preparation of construction contract documents (i.e., plans, specifications, engineers' estimates, etc.), as well as related services, to ensure the successful delivery of this project. This project aims to reconstruct the Trillium Boulevard roadway section. The project will address a complete street model, investigate the use of a separated bike path, and upgrade walking surfaces. This involves evaluating alternative and non-traditional roadway layouts within the project budget. Traffic calming measures are anticipated to reduce speeds along this highly traveled road. Additionally, the project will address storm drainage throughout the entire project, including Low Impact Development (LID) and regional water quality, as identified in the Surfacewater Master Action Plan (SMAP). The selected firm will also assist with research and submission of additional grant opportunities. The project boundary is from the intersection with Bothell-Everett Highway to the intersection with Village Green Drive. Approximately 2,900 lineal feet of road, curb and gutter, sidewalk, separated bike lanes, curbs, drainage improvements, and channelization improvements will be replaced, added, or improved.
