Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mill Creek, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project is intended to address the failing state of the paving on Dumas Road. Based on the pavement assessment performed in 2024, the asphalt has a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) of 9 to 20, which corresponds to failed pavement. This requires a complete re-build of the pavement along the road. This project will address the road between Highway 96 and Highway 527. Additionally, with the larger amount of bus traffic from the new Community Transit Swift Orange Line, a stronger pavement section will be necessary. The project will address a complete streets model, including bike lanes and sidewalks along the length of the project. Additionally, storm drainage will be addressed along the entire length of the project.
