Site work for a water / sewer project in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond, in the sum of 5% of the amount of the bid will be required from each bidder to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project and furnish the necessary bonds within thirty days from and after the date the award is made. Performance Bond. A Performance Bond to the Authority in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Statutory Bond. A Statutory Bond to the State of Oklahoma in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Maintenance Bond. A Maintenance Bond to the Authority in an amount one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. equal to each bidder shall submit the Questionnaire directly to the Engineer no later than 5:00 p.m. on the first working day following the bid opening. Failure to submit the questionnaire may render the bid unresponsive and not eligible for award.
