Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, hereinafter referred to as Owner and Flintco, LLC, hereinafter called the Construction Manager, will receive SEALED bids to provide the work included in the OSU CHS Barson Building Interior Renovations Project. The scope included but is not limited to doors and frames, plumbing, structural steel, selectivve demolition, electrical, carpentry, flooring.
