Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 63,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
As of August 28, 2024, project has been awarded. As per owner, they ended up cancelling the project. PROJECT SUMMARY The initial construction budget for the project is $2.5 million, however a final budget amount will be determined after the design is completed. The construction budget will include all construction expenses, construction management fees, project requirements, project contingencies, and allowances. The scope of the construction for the project will include building envelope modifications including exterior window and door replacements, interior/ exterior renovations including possible demolition and reconstruction of some structures, building a secured entry vestibule, landscaping changes, east retaining wall repair, mitigation of drainage issues, and paving. The scope of work will not include roof replacement, which will be completed in early 2024. A construction schedule will be developed cooperatively with the owner, selected architect, and construction manager.
