Renovation of a municipal facility in West Tisbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Removal of existing flooring and re-surfacing concrete floor with an epoxy coating 1. The Contractor shall furnish adequate labor crews, equipment, and tools to complete the assigned scope of services safely and efficiently as specified below; a. Removal and disposal of existing marmoleum flooring and cove base. b. Concrete surface preparation and installation of commercial epoxy coating. c. Installation of new cove base with color to be determined upon installation. d. Work will be done during normal business hours. e. The Contractor will ensure that the site is cleaned and cleared of debris at the conclusion of each workday. f. All work must be completed no later than December 30, 2023. 2. The Contractor shall supply the Town with a material list of the items needed to complete the project and the Town will be responsible for the purchase of materials. .
