Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Tisbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove and dispose of 56 existing windows and all demolition debris. Install 56 Adersen 400 Series double hung, double pane/low-e glass windows described below. Install new interior trim, expansion jambs, exterior trim and siding and remove all remaining construction debris. Window quantity and sizes as follows 15-TW2646 31 5/8" X 56 7/8", 32-TW21052 35 5/8" X 64 7/8", and 9-TW21056 35 5/8" X 68 7/8". All work will need to be coordinated to occur when school is not in session and work area must be secured when school is in session. Work cannot begin prior to approval of grant funds and no sooner than 4/1/2024. Work must be complete by 6/30/2025. All work is contingent of approval of grant application by Department of Elementary & Secondary Ed. MVPCS reserves the right to reject any and all bids when such rejection is in the best interest and/or if it, in its judgement, determines that a bidder(s) is not in a position to perform on the contract, MVPCS does not obligate itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
