As of March 19, 2024 project was awarded to K5 Corporation, but awarded amount is not available. Any contract regarding this bid must be approved by Martha's Vineyard Airport Commission, who reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it's in its best interest to do so. The owner does not discriminate against any bidder because of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award. Contractors will be required to meet minority (3.6%) and female (6.9%) participation goals as an affirmative action requirement. A Race-Neutral DBE goal of 3.71% has been established. Trade Restriction Certification, Buy American Preference, Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, Davis-Bacon Act and MA Wage rates apply.
