Renovation of a library in West Tisbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

The Town of West Tisbury, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors certified in HVAC for the Air to Water Heat Pump System at the West Tisbury Free Public Library in West Tisbury, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by RISE. Replacement of the VRF HVAC system with air to water heat pump system, replacement of air handling units, fan coil unit, adding post conditioning ERV coil, adding valance hydronic convectors, duct and pipe insulation, piping, ductwork, controls and electrical work associated with removal of existing HVAC equipment and installation of new HVAC equipment. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/13/2024 at 12:00PM EDT
