Pleasant Grove Blvd Widening Project. Engineer's Estimate: $11.9 Million. Question Deadline 11/14/2023 at 5:00 PM PT All communications relative to this project shall be conducted through Public Purchase. The project consists of the construction of the Pleasant Grove Blvd Widening Project consisting of the following improvements. 1. Widening of Pleasant Grove Blvd between Woodcreek Oaks Blvd and Foothills Blvd. 2. Modifications to existing traffic signals along Pleasant Grove Blvd at the intersections of Country Club Drive and Foothills Blvd. 3. Installation of landscaping and new trees within the median of Pleasant Grove Blvd. 4. Installation of water line improvements to the planned ASR site near Misty Wood Drive. The work includes improvements including but not limited to clearing and grubbing, excavation, construction and paving including full depth reclamation pavement (FDR), street lighting, modifications of traffic signal, landscaping and irrigation, grading, drainage, utilities, striping, water, and all other improvements as shown on contract plans. The City has determined that the Contractor shall possess a valid Class A, GENERAL ENGINEERING Contractor's license at the time that the bid is submitted, as well as any other license classification as may be required by the laws of the California for the performance of the work specified in the Contract Documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of a Certificate of Deposit, Certified or Cashier's Check, Bidder's Bond or Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's Grand Total Price. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding procedure. The City specifically reserves the right to not award the Contract after the opening of bids.
