The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for rehabilitation construction of the 66-inch influent pipeline and junction box structure at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in conformance with the Contract Documents. Due to the critical nature and function of this section of the plant, the City is utilizing a competitive, best value process for procurement of the Contractor for the Project. The Design-Assist and Construction request for proposal and contracting with a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) with shared savings is being used for this project. The design is 100% complete. Contractor selection will be conducted utilizing this Request For Proposal and a best value evaluation, followed by contract negotiations and the City's contract award process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities that meet the requirements set forth in this RFP, and are capable of providing the services requested, are encouraged to participate. Proposals from Contractors who do not attend the mandatory pre-proposal conference/job walk will be rejected. The pre-proposal conference/job walk will begin at the designated start time. Attendance for the entire pre-proposal conference/job walk is required and tardiness will be grounds for disqualification. Interested firms will have an opportunity to submit questions regarding the requirements outlined in this RFP. In order to make the meeting more effective for all participants, attendees should read this document thoroughly prior to the meeting. Vendor attendance is required.
