The Office of State Procurement (OSP) is seeking bids for replacing multiple HVAC Cooling Units and Coils for the Department of Corrections (DOC) located at the Minnesota Correctional Facility (MCF) Faribault located at 1101 Linden Lane, Faribault, MN 55021. The HVAC units must be connected to existing electrical, refrigerant lines, plumbing, and building automation systems (BAS). Contractor must install similar or equal to the current unit model. Price must include all labor, taxes, installation, materials, equipment, permits, disposal of materials, and transportation needed to complete project. Work to be completed by May 31, 2024. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from December 10, 2023, through August 30, 2024, with the option to extend up to an additional 12 months in increments determined by the State. The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $92,000.
