**As of January 9, 2024, project was awarded to Fitzgerald Excavating and Trucking, awarded amount is $983,901.05.** 2023 Riverchase Regional Stormwater Improvements The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: - Clearing and Grubbing - 6 Acres - Excavation Common - 48,765 Cu Yd - 36" RC Pipe Sewer - 444 Lin Ft - 42" RC Pipe Sewer - 481 Lin Ft -Random Riprap - 481 Cu Yd - Erosion Control Blanket - 4,555 Sq Yd All work is to be done in accordance with the online Standard Specifications for Construction - 2020 Edition, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota Standard Specifications - 2023 Edition, and the Special Provisions. The cost to submit a bid is $25. Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
