The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Common Excavation - 1,150 CY Common Embankment - 1,195 CY Reinforced Pipe Sewer - 850 LF Watermain Ductile Iron - 250 LF Construct Drainage Structure - 60 LF Concrete Walk - 25,500 SF Landscaping Boulders - 260 EA Concrete Curb and Gutter - 650 LF Question Deadline Feb 07, 2024 Instructions on submitting a bid electronically can be found on the bid Vault website. The cost to submit a bid is $25. Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days.
