**As of March 25, 2024, the project was awarded to Crane Creek Asphalt in the amount of $1,142,299.35.** The work includes the following major items: Aggregate Surfacing Class 5 Mod 3,050 Ton Milled Sinusoidal Rumble Strips 16,200 Lin Ft Type SP 9.5 Wear Course Mix (2,B) 3,925 Ton Type SP 12.5 Wear Course Mix (2,B) 8,400 Ton 4" Solid Line Multi Comp Gr In (WR) 15,533 Lin Ft 6" Solid Line Multi Comp Gr In (WR) 64,168 Lin Ft 4" Broken Line Mulit Comp Gr In (WR) 4,287 Lin Ft 4" Dble Solid Line Multi Comp Gr In (WR) 10,652 Lin Ft Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Rice County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. A Performance Bond payable to Rice County, in the full amount of the bid shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids without question.
