The work includes the following major items: Aggregate Surfacing Class 2 600 Ton Aggregate Surfacing Class 5 MOD 29,920 Ton Direct questions about this Project, including pre-bid questions to John Siemers, Rice County Civil Engineering Technician Senior at 507-384-6430 or john.siemers@ricecountymn.gov. Instructions on submitting a bid electronically can be found on the bidVault website. The cost to submit a bid is $25. Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Rice County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. A Performance Bond payable to Rice County, in the full amount of the bid shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids without question.
