Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 1,2024, project is awarded to Crane Creek Asphalt in the amount of 1,191,196.82. 2024 Street Overlay & Sidewalk Improvements The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Mill Bituminous Pavement - 30,7400 SY Bituminous Mixture - 4,640 TN Replace/Adjust Casting - 45 EA Repair Drainage Structure - 40 EA Concrete Curb and Gutter - 2,835 LF Concrete Sidewalk/Driveways - 6,050 SF Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days. Please call the City Engineer if you have any questions at Mark W. Duchene, P.E (507) 333-0360. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
