Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Common Excavation - 9000CY Aggregate Base Class 5 (P) - 2605 CY Bituminous Mixture - 2575 TN 12" RCP Storm Sewer - 850 LF 15" RCP Storm Sewer - 630 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter Design B618 - 4235 LF All work is to be done in accordance with the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction - 2020 Edition, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota Standard Specifications - 2018 Edition, and the Special Provisions. Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days.
