Renovation of a municipal facility in Goshen, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Goshen Town Hall Rehabilitation - Phase 2. Wood window refurbishment and repair, replacement of entry doors, reroofing of annex, stone masonry conservation and repair and miscellaneous interior items of work. General Contractors must have completed three similar projects in the past seven years for buildings listed in the Massachusetts Register of Historic Places. The project is being partially funded with a grant from the Massachusetts Preservation Projects Fund, Massachusetts Historical Commission. A portion of the completed construction work equal to $250,000 must be completed by 6/30/23 with the balance to be completed within 90 calendar days after that date, or by 9/30/24.
