The City of Miramar, Florida ("City") is soliciting quotes from qualified Contractors ("Contractor" or "Successful Contractor"), to provide several drainage work tasks within the City of Miramar. These work tasks include regrading of swales, installation of French drains, pipes, inlets, mitered end sections, roadway restoration, sodding and tree relocation Questions regarding this Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall be made in writing to the Procurement Specialist for this solicitation, Jason Chong via e-mail at: jdchong@miramarfl.gov. Questions are due by Tuesday, November 14th, 2023. The successful Contractor shall agree to provide service to the City at the price stated in this Request for Quotation for a period of one (1) year which shall commence upon the date of award The City in its sole discretion reserves the right to have the option to continue with the successful Contractor for this Request for Quotation for two (2) additional one-year term. This determination shall take into consideration the quality of service provided by the successful Contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive any formalities or minor irregularities in the Solicitation process, and to award or not award a contract based on this solicitation, as deemed in the best interest of the City.
