Time of Completion: Construction shall be completed within FIFTY (50) WORKING DAYS following the official "Notice of Start Date" from CDFW to the Contractor to commence construction. Additional working days will be allowed for delays caused by unexpected changes including but not limited to supply chain disruption and inclement weather. Contractor must advise Engineer IN WRITING of unexpected changes and obtain CDFW approval before any delays occur.
