Reference Number 0000258828 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/20 04:00:00 PM EST This request for Supplier Qualification is to solicit information from interested proponents seeking to provide custodial and cleaning services. Mohawk College (the College) and McMaster University (the University) are seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide all labour, tools, equipment, materials, and all necessary incidentals to deliver a comprehensive caretaking/cleaning services program at the Institute of Applied Health Sciences building (IAHS). This building is co-owned by the University and the College. We plan to create a list of prequalified custodial services firms for a multi-year term capable of performing the services outlined in this RFSQ. Subsequently, a Request for Quote will be issued to the selected pre-qualified firms to submit bids to provide the services required of them at the IAHS Building. The term of this RFSQ is for three (3) years from date of award, with an option to be extended for two (2) additional one (1) plus one (1) year terms, at the sole discretion of McMaster University. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
