Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Quartzsite, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project work includes splash pad installation, shade structure, restroom structure with splash pad equipment room, site removals, earthwork, concrete pavements, curbs, seat walls, site furniture installation, playground safety surfacing, chain link fence, water lines, sewer lines, septic tank and leach field, electrical work, area lighting, RV site with full hookups, landscape surfacing, and related construction work. The work shall conform to the Plans and the Maricopa Association of Governments Standard Specifications and Details. Bid Security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid must accompany each Bid Form in the type and form specified in these Bid/Contract Documents. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the Contracting Agency, will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract. Attorneys-in-Fact who sign Bid Bonds or Performance Bonds or Labor and Material Payment Bonds must file with each Bond a certified and effective dated copy of their Power of Attorney. Pre-Construction Conference (the Notice to Proceed date will be determined during this meeting) - 09/30/2024 (MONDAY) @ 10:00 AM The term of the contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and be completed within 120 calendar days.
