A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Edgmont Township will accept bids for the following general work: Construction of a New ADA Compliant Two-Bay Swing Set complete in place including; New swings in a 12aEUR thick play mulch carpet over clean stone stormwater management system, with perimeter curbing, ADA ramp, picnic tables & bench, and landscaping. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check made payable to Edgmont Township in the amount of 10% of the total bid proposal. Anticipated contract award is December 12, 2023, at the monthly Edgmont Township Board of Supervisors meeting. Prevailing wage rates apply. PA. Act 127 (Public Works Employment Verification Act) requirements are applicable. The selected bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Insurance Certifications, including WorkeraEUR(TM)s Compensation Insurance.
