Site work for a mixed-use development in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Board of Supervisors of Edgmont Township will accept bids for the following general work: Bioswale & Rain Garden Improvements at the Edgmont Township Community Park All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check made payable to Edgmont Township in the amount of 10% of the total bid proposal. Anticipated contract award is March 8, 2022. Sealed bids are to be addressed to Edgmont Township and delivered to 1000 Gradyville Road, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Hand-delivered sealed bids must be given to a Township Employee and delivered during normal business hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday to Friday, except Holidays. Prevailing wage rates apply. PA. Act 127 (Public Works Employment Verification Act) requirements are applicable. The selected bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Insurance Certifications, including Worker Compensation Insurance. Edgmont Twp reserves the right to reject any and all bids, parts thereof, and/or any or all bid alternates and, in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the projects best interest.
