Site work for a water / sewer project in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a 3,900-square-foot water / sewer project.
For the installation of an infiltration bed of approximately 3,900 square feet at the Flanigan Center on Bishop Hollow Road. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond, with corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of ten percent of the bid, all as posted through online. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Questions may be submitted through online on or before Noon on Monday, August 19, 2019. Responses will be provided to all registered plan holders. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements contained in the bid packages, particularly to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, requirements for a one-year maintenance bond and the E-Verify Public Works Employment Verification Act. Newtown Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids thereof and waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the interest of the Township.
