Avery County is seeking qualified contractors to bid their upcoming remodel of the new probation office project at 298 Estatoa Ave., Newland, NC 28657. Contractors interested in bidding on this project will need to submit a proposed office sketch and cost of a 1,600 square foot office consisting of five offices, a lobby reception office, breakroom, and two restrooms. Contractors participating in this project are re- quired to be commercially licensed, carry workers compensation, and general liability insurance. Avery County will be available to any contractor interested in bid- ding the project to arrange for a tour of the building
