Renovation of a residential development in Newland, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Due to an insufficient number of bid submissions for Housing Rehabilitation, Avery County is extending the deadline to submit bids for replacement homes in conjunction with its CDBG Neighborhood Revitalization Housing Program #20-C-3626. Todd Hefner will be responsible for the administration of this project. All bidders will be notified of the results. Please use that information to submit your bid. Packets received without all of this information will be deemed ineligible to participate. Bids must arrive prior to Bids received after this time will not be considered. The bids will be opened at 2:00 pm that same day.
