Question Submission Close Date 11/16/2023 2:00 PM MST Green River State Park is in Green River Utah. The Park has three Restroom Shower Facilities. Two are Pre Fab CXT's and the other is a New restroom with six separate restroom shower toilet facilities. We are requiring the product which is used to be EVERLAST EPOXY we have already purchased the product for the two CXT's and applied it to the south restroom floor but not the walls. Some of the original product was wasted and will need to be replaced. This project needs to be completed before the end of November 2023 since this is our slow season and the product needs to be applied at a temperature no colder than 60 degrees and no hoter than 90 degrees. Through this project we hope to provide a clean finished look to the showers and beter sanitary conditions as the EVERLAST EPOXY product has a clear sanitary anti-microbial coat. The Contractor will purchase any additional EVERLAST EPOXY to finish the CXTs and will purchase all the products for the new Restrooms. Delivery of the product that needs to be ordered should take one week for delivery once ordered. Additional material needed is approximately 73 square feet of cove base wall (part A, Part B, and aggregate and mini fibers), and 532 square feet of primer. The contractor and workers should be familiar with the application of the product and are responsible for replacing or repairing any misapplied product or damaged structure i.e. product on tiles, doors or other fitings etc. Size of Restrooms: New Restroom: 44 sqft CXT floors: 48 sqft CXT walls and dividers: 1064 sqft It is the contractor's responsibility to verify the square footage Total time is November 1, 2023 to December 8, 2023 If project cannot be completed in this time it will not be able to be done till April temperatures are in the 60's Total no more than $36,000
