Clearfield City has recently purchased the parcel located at approximately 115 West 750 North (TIN: 14-089-0004) Clearfield, Utah 84015, using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The City desires to partner with an Agency, who will be responsible to coordinate the construction of a home for a low to moderate income family. All questions must be submitted through Sciquest and all answers will be given via the Sciquest website. Questions may be submitted until Wednesday November 8, at 3:30 p.m.
