Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ridgeville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,440-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

This Project includes the following work: the painting of all inside walls and the replacement of rubber cove base/wall base in all rooms including the gym, bathrooms, metal bathroom stalls, kitchen, kitchen cabinets and stage area. This will include any other expenses that are needed to achieve the painting of the inside of the Ridgeville Community Center. All contractors/responders are required to be registered with in the South Carolina LLR Office, obtain a Town Business License and a Dorchester County Building Permit. The building is approximately 5,440 square feet. The building is located next to Town Hall at 105 School Street Ridgeville, SC 29472. The Town of Ridgeville reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part and to award a contract that is in the best interest of the Town.
