Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with this invitation and the accompanying instructions. 1015 S. San Jacinto, 1310 Colima, 1203 & 1311 Vera Cruz San Antonio, TX, 78207 Questions Due Date: Nov 20th 2023, 2:00 PM CST The Alazan Expansion development is part of a larger plan to rehabilitate the Alazan Courts and ensure that Opportunity Home can continue serving the families of the Westside with dignity and care. Opportunity Home has been working on a community-engaged master planning process since the beginning of 2022 to establish a vision for the rehabilitation of the Alazan Courts. This development is for 88 new residential housing units located in the baseball field behind the Alazan Community Center and within an adjacent block of Apache Courts. The development totals approximately 110,304 sq. ft., with a unit mix of 12 1-bedrooms, 40 2-bedrooms, 16 3-bedrooms, and 20 4-bedrooms. This project will include select demolition and haul-off of non-residential structures, grounds, and existing underground infrastructure, as indicated on the drawings and specifications. The Project must be complete and ready for occupancy not later than December 31, 2025, assuming that the successful Respondentis given notice of its top ranking on or before January 1, 2024. Any proposal must provide for final completion by this date. The Notice to Proceed may be issued up to forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days following the Notice of Award. The Respondent shall take this period into account in the preparation of its Proposal. No claim for additional time shall be considered unless this period is exceeded
